If u want to Install windows platform u can use ISA server,
If u want to use Linux platform ,u can use Squid Proxy.
ISA is Graphical User interface(GUI) and easy to handle , but u must know security policy ,inbound and outbound rule,firewall rule and connection management rule
if u use squid proxy u must meet command line interface(CLI),if u are not familiar in CLI its would hard to you.firstly u need to think. do u need to use Server.
How many PC in ur cafe!!I would like to say, u know some shop support for international phone call service, some owner need some more connection for this international phone call service PC than other,IN This Case u can using ISA or Squid Proxy for Delay Pool Service
like QOS (Quality of Service).Some Router features can support QOS service..In otherwise QOS mean V.I.P Data communication and other data flow must priority in this case of service.:P(he` he`)Think do u need really Server,if yes!!! i can give you ISA & Squid Configuration instruction written by Burmese.

PS: pls Do not Laugh at me, I want to use burmese language to reply, my PC dosent have unicode and just only zawgyi. i can read all post but i can't post in goodmood.it's my weakness i can't use easily unicode..so poor for me..:P JUST FAN!!!

Whatever you use windows server or linux, you can face hardware or software problem and virus .for me, I wish that you use wireless router like linksys cisco and then internet line is more stable than others

For configuring ISA Server, Microsoft said that ISA Server should be 1.5M of minimum internet connection. So, you should not configure with ISA .

ko sithu , , , You said we shouldnt config ISA in 512kp ... What should we use the best server in 512kp? I would like to know about that.And also I would like to have ISA & Squid Configuration instruction written by Burmese ko Minhtetlin.
